Due to its need for specific natural conditions—such as high elevation and a unique climate—this cotton can only be cultivated in limited areas of southern India, making it extremely rare.
By twisting three strands together, the fabric gains natural suppleness, a silk-like sheen, firmness, and durability thanks to the cotton’s inherent oils.
