About winning

Only the winners will be notified by email on Friday, April 3rd.

Timing and method of payment of price (consideration)

■Payment method
Credit card payment and cash on delivery are available.

■Payment period
Cash on Delivery: Payment is due when you receive the product.
Credit card: Depends on the closing date and contract details of your credit card. Please check with your credit card company.

Special terms regarding returns

■We do not accept exchanges or returns of products. However, we will only accept returns or exchanges of products in the following cases:
If the item or quantity is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the item. We may not be able to accept returns after the product has been used, even if there is an error in the product contents.
If the product is defective (damaged, scratched, soiled), we will contact you and confirm whether there is a replacement product and whether there are any problems with the replacement product. Once we receive the item back from you, we will check for any defects and send you a replacement item.
Depending on the product, there may be slight differences between the numbers and the actual dimensions.

Timing of delivery of services or goods

■Basically, we will deliver your order within 7 days. If there is a delay, we will notify you by email.
In addition, delivery will be within Japan and will be delivered by Sagawa Express. Shipping charges are set by region.
