As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to the customer's convenience after the order has been confirmed.
However, we will consider returning or exchanging the product only in the following cases.
1. If there is a difference in the design, quantity, etc. of the product you ordered and the product you actually received.
2. If the product is defective (damaged, scratched, soiled)
