- Each person can apply once per product per color.
- We cannot accept changes to delivery address or specification of arrival date and time after application.
- We cannot accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns due to customer convenience.

Shipping:
- Shipping will be done for each application, and multiple applications cannot be shipped together.
- Domestic delivery usually takes 2-5 business days, and overseas delivery usually takes 7-12 business days, but this may be delayed depending on the situation.
Others:
- If you choose to pay with Apple Pay or Shop Pay, we will notify you of the lottery results to the registered email address of the payment recipient.
- If you register a carrier email address such as docomo, au, Softbank, etc., you may not receive the email in rare cases, so we recommend registering a PC email address.
- If you have set up domain-specific reception, please set up so that you can receive from @windandsea.jp.
- When paying by credit card, we will check the validity of the credit card (authorization confirmation). Depending on your credit card company, you may receive an email with instructions on how to use your card upon completion of your application, but only those who are selected will process the card payment. For customers who are unsuccessful, we will process the cancellation and cancel the reservation of the usage quota. We are unable to confirm the number of days required for communication and processing of cancellation information, so please contact your credit card company.
- Applications that exceed the limits or unauthorized purchases may result in usage restrictions being imposed on your account in accordance with the Terms of Use.
